An in-person or virtual session focused on what to keep and what to restore. This option includes any aspects of a home (flooring, thermostats, door knobs, even those quirks you can’t quite identify). Consists of a detailed review of photos or plans beforehand and a follow-up summary.

Mid-Century Sourcing Guide

A virtual session. Want to purchase second-hand mid-century items? Or would you like to know where to source new versions of old items? You decide.

You’ll get help identifying what to look for in local listings, online thrift shops, salvage, or auctions, including advice on what is worth waiting for and what is worth jumping on.

Includes a pre-session preparation and a written post-consult summary, which provides shopping keywords, makers, designers, and brands to watch out for, as well as a shortlist of recommendations.

Era Design Consult

A virtual strategy session to help you determine layout, finishes, and material selections that elevate your mid-century home. Focus on a combination of historical accuracy and your needs. Includes a pre-session prep and a written post-consult summary to guide your project.
